As we begin another year at KCTC, we would like to sincerely thank you for your support and participation throughout 2025. Whether you played in leagues, represented the club, volunteered your time, or supported club activities, your involvement has been greatly appreciated and has contributed to a successful and enjoyable year.

As we look ahead to the 2026 season, please find below some important information regarding Membership Renewal, Tennis Ireland Player Capitation Fees, Tournament Software Club Listings and the new World Tennis Number (WTN).

Membership Renewal

KCTC membership fees are due on 1st February 2026. We kindly ask members to make payment as close to this date as possible, as membership income is essential for the day-to-day running and continued development of our club. Membership can be paid securely online at https://www.kilfeacletennis.ie/membership

KCTC Membership Fees for 2026/2027 (including Player Capitation Fee)

• Adult Membership - €125 

• Family Membership - €250

• Student/Over 65s/Unwaged Membership - €80

• Junior Membership - €30

• Pavilion Membership - €70

Important note for KCTC Family Membership: Members registering two adult players with no junior or student members are advised to purchase two single Adult memberships rather than a family membership.

Player Capitation Fee (PCF) – 2026 Changes

The Tennis Ireland Player Capitation Fee (PCF) is collected by KCTC as part of your membership payment. The club then pays this fee directly to Tennis Ireland on behalf of members. Tennis Ireland has increased the Player Capitation Fee for 2026. These fees are included within KCTC membership fees and are now as follows:

• €25 – Adult memberships (Over 18)

• €12 – Junior memberships (Under 18)

• €62 – Family memberships (Two Adults plus 1 or more Junior/Student members)

PCF Refunds for Members of Multiple Clubs

Members of Tennis Ireland–affiliated clubs are affiliated directly with Tennis Ireland, not with an individual club. As many KCTC members are often members of multiple clubs, you may be eligible to claim back any additional Player Capitation Fee paid as part of membership of another affiliated club for the 2026/2027 season.

• This does not apply to fees already paid in 2025.

• Refunds are handled directly by Tennis Ireland.

 

To claim a refund, please contact membership@tennisireland.ie and provide evidence of payment for memberships in two affiliated clubs for 2026.

If you plan to seek a PCF refund for membership in two separate clubs, we recommend that the name on the membership payment for both clubs is the same and that the Player Capitation Fee is clearly indicated on both payments.

Tournament Software – My Club Feature

The clubs shown on the Tennis Ireland Tournament Software system do not represent a specific club affiliation as players are not affiliated to Clubs but directly to Tennis Ireland. Instead, this is a profile setting on Tournament Software that allows you to:

• View activity in one or more clubs you are a member of

• Choose which club you represent when entering leagues or tournaments

If you are a member of Kilfeacle and also other clubs, you can add additional clubs to your Tennis Ireland profile by emailing NPD@tennisireland.ie, quoting your Tennis Ireland PIN (Player ID Number), and requesting that the additional club(s) be added.

 

Once this is completed, you will be able to select which one of your clubs you are representing when entering events such as the Winter League, Summer Cup, or other competitions, without needing Tennis Ireland to change your main club listing.

World Tennis Number

We also encourage all members to sign up to the new World Tennis Number system by visiting https://worldtennisnumber.com/ and creating a WTN profile.

Not Renewing?

If you do not plan to renew your membership for 2026, we would appreciate it if you could let us know. This helps us keep our records accurate and ensures you do not receive unnecessary communications.
