Women's Hitting Sessions

  • Looking to sharpen your tennis skills and get a great workout? Join Bryan Stewart on Saturdays at 1pm for high-intensity tennis hitting sessions designed to improve your attacking, defending, and volleying abilities.

    These 60-minute sessions are perfect for players who want to refine their game, boost their fitness, or simply enjoy some fast-paced tennis drills.

  • ​Time: Saturdays at 1pm

  • Duration: 60 minutes
  • Who’s it for?  These sessions are suitable for players that are entering competitions and that are a minimum of grade 6/5  (not suitable for beginners).
