Ready to train at a higher level? Join Bryan Stewart on Saturdays at 2pm for an intensive, competition-focused hitting session designed for Grade 2/3/4 women who are competing regularly and looking to improve their match performance.

These sessions replicate match intensity, sharpen tactical awareness, and build the resilience required for higher-grade competition.

 

Sessions Topics include:

• High-tempo live ball drills under pressure

• Advanced attacking and counter-attacking patterns

• Serve + first ball combinations

• Defensive transition work

• Net dominance and finishing skills

• Tactical point construction

• Situational match play

 

• ​Time: Saturdays at 2pm

• Duration: 60 minutes

• Who’s it for?  These sessions are suitable for players that are looking to compete at grade 2/3 and that are a minimum of grade 2/3/4  (advanced players only).
